I was sent an email offer for CBD oil for $*** (just like many of the scams listed), and opted for the hemp cream for an additional $***. Was not aware that I was being signed-up for a "subscription" monthly for recurring product. First of all, I did not see that written anywhere on the offer. Moreover, I would NEVER sign-up for a recurring mailing of a product that I had not even tried yet. When I realized the charges (thanks to Bank of America flagging the charge as suspicious), I wrote them an email (found on the website) asking for my "subscription" to be cancelled and for the money to be refunded and no one responded. When I called the number, I was connected with a 3rd party customer service department who instructed me on how to return the items for a refund. Refund is all relative, because apparently they charge a $*** PER ITEM re-stocking fee. Why exactly would a company be re-stocking used product? Anyway, suffice it to say that I will be purchasing CBD oil in the future, except this time from an actual, reputable company. Furious.
