I purchased online more than a month and a half ago. I have tried to contact them via email and phone that they have supplied the information. They have an automatic reply on the email but no response otherwise saying thank you for your interest. The phone number tells you to leave a message but it keeps replaying the message and doesn't actually give you the ability to leave a message. I have tried on multiple occasions multiple times and I am out $18.99, And no merchandise! It is an ad on Facebook it also uses the name "bad kitty" clothing.
