I received a phone call yesterday from a company that is called LogMeIn computer service. I used them before, and I thought what they did was good. They took control of my computer "cleaned" it up from all virus, Trojans etc. Yesterday they called and said my computer and information had been hacked. Since I had a year contract, I let them look at it again. At the end they said to send $349.99 and I will have a lifetime of protection from this type of thing. I am suppose to send a check to them at 699 Lewelling BLVD., SanLeandro, CA 94579. I have several icons on my computer now with them in control of them. They caught me while I was busy and hadn't given it much thought, but as the evening went on last night there were several things that didn't make sense. I'm afraid not to send them the check because they probably already have all my information except my bank account numbers and not sure what they will do with th3 information. What can I DO?
