Scam website. They do not read emails, do not read text messages, and do not answer calls to the support number provided on their website. Therefore, when you do not receive the item you paid for, you have no recourse.

They sent me a defective micro cpap machine. It is not an Avani product, as advertised. It is an off brand machine with no English on it, coming from China. They said they have a 30 day return policy on their website, which is untrue. They are not accepting returns and offered only a partial refund. I explained that they sent me a defective product that is different from what was advertised and ordered on top of it not working and that I would like my full refund. They are no longer responding at all.
