We got a phone call from Myke his bilingual spanish/english. He made an offer to buy our time share. We explained that we recently got scammed trying to sell it. He claims they're legitimate and have their office in Portland Oregon. He sent a proposal offer (pdf). He claims there are no money transactions until the deal is closed and we would pay him 3% out of payout to us for the time share. I'm glad I came across this because I almost believed it.

received a phone call from a person pretending to be Avanti Destinations. email with offer to buy timeshare ended with mx. Looked up company. Company has no destinations in Mexico but address on the bottom of the email was Mexico.
