The company called and claimed they could resell my time share in Orlando. I was skeptical but they were persistent and their offer seemed appealing. They had a supposed attorney contact me named Ackerman Attorneys at law from New York, they sent a purchase agreement to me for signature. I was then contacted (supposedly) by the time share property saying that in order for them to approve the sale of the property I would need to come up with $6540 and provide them my banks routing number and account numbers.
