Hello,
I ordered the Tie-Shoulder Mini Lace dress from Avantlook and even though I know it is Final Sale/Non-Returnable, I did want to offer some feedback for the dress. I was so eager to receive this item but upon opening my package, I was deeply disappointed to see the dress in such deplorable condition. Specifically, the lace detail was horridly sewn to the point whereas there were loose threads/fabric bits all over due to the lack of craftsmanship in cutting the lace. Comprehensively, instead of being neatly cut around each lace scallop, it was...sloppily cut. Even the dress on the young lady on the website, not the presumably original image but the one below it, showed better quality.
Unfortunately, because this feature was all over, I had to throw away the dress as there was no way it could be overlooked; I have not inserted pictures because the dress has already been discarded as I knew there was no way to return it. I hope that my case was an isolated incident; otherwise there is a serious lack of quality control per Avantlook.

At this point, I want to make sure that this place is a safe place for everyone else. I could have taken the lost with a faulty product but to have my information on the dark web is not OK IF - and I do mean IF it did come from here (this is only and purely speculative). Based on how they are running their shop - the slight delay in shipment (if I remember correctly), the lack of response to my email, the faulty product, the questionable images and also mimicking of a known brand - Zimmerman, I want to raise a red flag.
