I was hired in November and processed two packages during my probationary period and competed all task 100% and then my supervisor disappeared as well as payroll and my curator. My check has supposedly been reissued but I have never received one dime and they have all of my personal info now

After reading on the Internet, this is apparently a re-packaging scam where stolen goods are re-routed to my home and then I use their FedEx bill to forward on.

This company called Avelomay LLC reached out to me back in October of 2023 and offered me the position of an order coordinator. I filled out a I-9 form, signed a contract of employment and all. I have copies of the agreement. I started 10/18/23 and was supposed to receive my first check 30 days after my first package was processed which would be 11/17/23. I still haven’t received my pay check and now the companies website is non existent, the phone number doesn’t work, and the reviews all state that it’s a scam. I have screen recordings, receipts, etc.

I can’t believe we all got duped like that it looked so legit and honestly messed my family’s Christmas up this year I was turning down jobs because I thought I had this one! We should band together and file some type of suit

I was hired at this company and filled out a W9 1099 for worked shipping and receiving items for 30 days and inqured shipping cost and travel and they have not paid me and stop all correspondence. This company has all my personal information and they need to be prosecuted for the fraud and identity theft.

They emailed me personally pitching their business. I believe her name was Riley Walker. They describe the business and told me to send over my Resume Via email. Afterward I was offered a 15 minute interview via phone call where they asked me couple a questions. They wanted to know if I was currently employed and if I had reliable transportation or a drivers license. Afterward they hired me literally 5 hours later and I started ‘work’ October 9th at 9 am. I was assigned a curator then as well by the name of Robbie Hamblen who was supposed to be my supervisor. I was given a w9 form to fill out and I started work and was promised a paper check of about 3300-3400 by then end of my 30 day probation. They emailed me November 11th saying they mailed the check to me from California at 1pm and that it would take about 10 business days to reach me depending on my location and distance from where they’re sending it from. They also stated it would Take 10 business days for them to consider me for a full time position after a performance evaluation. I only received 9 packages. 2 IPhones, an Amp, pliers, Clothing, a vape lanyard, a watch. A necklace, and a MacBook. On top of that I was told to take pictures of the items such as shipping labels, items lists and the items themselves and send them to their work websites called Steady CRM. Where apparently they review them before sending over shipping labels to reship. It all seemed legit until the end of probation where it took way longer than 10 business days to receive my check. So I emailed their payroll and they gave me a very insincere excuse

Multiple emails stating I was hired and filled out W-9 IRS form. Given a HR person, Riley Walker; manager/curator, Robbie Hamblen; payroll, Nicole Evans. Received 9 packages over a months time and reshipped accordingly to their guidelines. Dropped off at CVS for UPS and Walgreens for FedEx. Received a visit from local police to call another county's police department regarding a shipment tied to my name. Never received evaluation or pay that was due November 6, 2023. Emailed payroll to say that I never received pay. No response. Emailed HR about whole situation and was told I would be notified if she heard anything. I am out pay, ink, gas and mileage as well as packing supplies and paper.

Items I received were Garmin watch, Baby bottles, Schlage door handles, Moen replacement parts, Apple iPad.

Avelomay LLC is not a registered LLC, business is not registered in California, the county or with the BBB. Mark Conley cannot be verified as the CEO, and their address cannot be verified. The company uses a reshipping scam that is identical to several on the BBB. No one has ever answered the company phone, you always get a recording and never a returned call. Scam is:

30 day probation period before getting paid with a paper check and being considered for FT employment. You get merchandise from companies like Walmart addressed to an unknown person at your address. You then relabel and reship to someone else. Then after 30 days, they cut off all communication and do not pay. I personally received 2 packages directly from Walmart, addressed to someone else at my address. I did not reship. The company has never contacted me asking about the items. I filed a report with the FBI, ScamPulse.com and FTC because they have my SS#, my signature and DL. I had to freeze my credit and social security number. I have proof of everything I said.

The conditions of this offer will be removed once you have signed and submitted the Employment Agreement with all the required documentation. Per our discussion, your starting salary will be $3300 per month for the probationary period and will be paid out at the end of your probationary period via paper check. There's an additional allocated amount of $100 for qualified reimbursable expenses. You will be expected to work Monday through Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM your local time.
