The company sends Facebook ads for clothing that they make to order. They also appear to sell pajamas and some other items on their site that appear to be in stock. I made a purchase of a dress on June 11, 2022 with an expected ship date in July. It never arrived and I never received any email updating me or any refund. I emailed them yesterday to ask about it and they sent an email that said I should have received and update but I never did. The email does not relay that I will get my money back. They instead actually suggest that I purchase something else. I just emailed them insisting that I receive my money back. My order number is AV-USA59913.
