I ordered tile online from Avente Tile October 2022 and have attempted to contact them by all means multiple times from then until now (March 2023). Includes: voicemail, instant messaging through their website, and email. I have not received communication about my order or have received the product I ordered. In reading Google review, many others have experienced the same situation as myself, so I thought it best to report this situation so future people do not get scammed. At this point, I am assuming I will never receive my product or receive a refund since I cannot get a hold of anyone from the company for an update or complaint.
