I saw an add on avenue livings website for 2024 linden manor that advertised that it came with assigned parking at $15 a month. When i signed the lease parking turned out to be $30 a month for a stall and i just agreed to it for off street downtown parking. When i moved in my leasing agent said my parking stall was in the parking lot attatched to my building with my unit number on it.

I had someone towed from that spot to find out that isnt my spot, avenue doesnt own any parking lots down there and havent for a while. They lied to get me into the apartment and charged me $30 for it. He's said i will get a refund but hes trying to put the tow fee on me when he led me to believe the parking spot was legally mine that i paid for. Id not have moved into here had i known there was no parking.
