Treating with law suit and serving papers

Melissa called from 206 429 9243 said she is calling to inform about a law suit or serving papers today. Toldbher never received a notice or call from Avery Law. She said she is only collector for this firm but they were under a contract with them.
Said for me to call them gave me claim number 1125643. Said to call Avery Law at
866 552 2691. Did not call it sounds like a scam they have ally information and never sent me notices? If they continue I will get a lawyer.

Making threats about a lawsuit

Melissa from 206 429 9243 calls ans say a she is only calling to inform about a law suit. Gives a claim number 1125643. Said to contact Avery Law firm at 866 552 2691 because they are going to serve papers . She asked me if I received their collection notices in the mail. Told her none. She said to called them because they need to know I was not informed. Never got any calls or notices from Avery Law firm in the past, this does not sound legitimate sounds more like a scam. Will be contacting a lawyer if they continue with harassment calls or if they serve any papers.. its a scam
