Misaligned garments, Fabrics are not as advertised, complete garbage. The sizing was incorrect from their own descriptions. Returns are at your expense to China (not Vancouver) so they effectively make returns impossible.

I understand how disappointing that can be, especially after waiting for your parcel. Can you please let me know what specifically didn't meet your standards? Was it the fabric, the condition upon delivery, or perhaps the size?
We can offer you two options:
Option 1:
You can return the item at your own expense. You are welcome to return the jacket within 30 days. However, please note that we do not provide a free return service. You'll need to cover the return shipping costs, including any customs fees, to our return warehouse in China. To maintain our eco-friendly process, we only accept returns through one designated department store. If the item is sent to a different address, it may result in destruction of your package and will not qualify for a refund (processing time is 12-24 days).
Option 2:
If you'd like to keep the jacket, we can offer you a 10% refund on your purchase price. This helps us minimize environmental impact and avoid unnecessary returns. You’ll receive 10% of the total purchase amount back through the payment method you used. Additionally, for every three orders, we plant a tree, which supports our commitment to sustainability. Please keep in mind that this option will void your right of return (processing time is 24 hours).
