Ordered a bean bag chair on the website, averydecor.us - - received confirmation email with tracking and the shipping address. After weeks of tracking the package I was notified it was delivered in Beaumont, TX - - my shipping address is in NC. I immediately reached out to the company twice via email at [email protected] to attempt to figure out what the issue was and why it was delivered to an address in TX. After waiting the 3-5 business days their automated response gave me I then tried to go back to their website to find that it is no longer active. The item was originally ordered on Aug 1, 2023. I have since disputed with my bank, which was a nightmare in itself.
