This company is is the business to steal your money, not send what you ordered. When they send you a shower cap or socks instead it’s their way to laugh at you. They did that to me, I ordered a shed that was a “too good to be true” price.

They set up a fake tracking number on fake deliveries that never happened. If you track the history it says they’re delivering it on a certain day but it never arrives. When I emailed them to tell them they said they’d resend it again. I think they did that sending of the shed about three times and it never arrived. They indicated it may have been lost in the mail. So they kept sending it. It seems odd that they would keep sending a shed over and over again and not get it right. If they were truly legitimate in doing that they would be losing money if the shed was in fact really sent but apparently it was all a front and their promises were nothing but lies. This is a scam artist and nothing more but a dirt bag [censored] oh sucks money out of stupid people like me who fell for it. It’s a lesson learned. They need to be sued big-time. I have an attorney on it when will help me Either press charges or have attorney generals office get involved to prosecute them and shut them down. If enough of us group together to go after these people we can send them on their way or put them behind bars where they belong.

I feel cheated. I don’t like being lied to what it’s my fault for falling for it I know. It was a lesson learned fortunately it wasn’t a whole huge amount of money just a waste of my precious time dealing with these [censored].

I paid $65.99 for Craftsman 450 piece tool box, and after 6 weeks, they shipped me 5 child's socks. they said they would correct the mistake, and that shipment's tracking history evaporated after another 6 weeks. Then they tried to convince me to accept less than a full refund, taking another 2 weeks. after waiting again, NO REFUND!
I will be filing complaints with the Fed's, my State Attorney General's office, and as many websites as I can.
Complete and TOTAL FRAUD! THEFT! AVOID THIS AND MANY SIMILAR SITES!

Got sent a t shirt instead. Then was told I couldn't get a full refund, and in order to even get my original purchase, I'd have to send them back the t shirt (at my cost) and then they'd totally send me my actual purchase. When I refused, they told me that I would not get a full refund (60%) and I still had to pay to ship the shirt back to them. In China.

They're address in Bakersfield appears to be fake (or maybe someone's residence?). And no one answers the phone they provide.

I ordered a coffee grinder from this company on 5/14/2022. I received a spaghetti strap shirt instead. When I informed the company of the mistake, they told me that I would have to pay to send the shirt back to them in China (despite their California address, which I believe is being used fraudulently), and then they would sed me the correct product. I refused, and asked for a complete refund. I was told that was not possible, and that they would only issue me a 60% refund, and only after I paid to ship the incorrect product back to them.

After doing a bit of digging that I should have done originally, this company apparently does this constantly - no matter what you order, they send you a tshirt, then drag you along.

They have stopped responding to my emails.

I purchased a mini tabletop dishwasher at Avesay.com and only found out after the payment was already charged that the company ships from China (well, allegedly) despite an "official" address in California. What I received after some weeks was a pair of cheap socks. This is a massive scam. BEWARE! There might be similar websites connected to Avesay.com.

I bought a electric little tiny's bike about three of them and I have not received none of them and I paid for two of them and I only paid one on another one never received none of them it's bull crap I want my money back or send me my stuff I never got an email nothing but they took it out of my bank I lost almost $300

I ordered a mini-fridge from Avesay.com for $52 and received a pair of children's socks. On the customs form they put the value of the socks at $20USD. I have Charles Schwab Bank investigating it but I don't have much faith in them doing anything.

I ordered a $76 bounce house and received a pair of $5 sunglasses when I emailed the company about this they admitted to making a mistake and promised to send the correct product out and to email me with the tracking number and that has been months ago, now they don't even respond to my emails.

I ordered a shed for 69.99 web site said I had 72 hours to cancel, the next day I cancelled they said it had already shipped I continued to email them they then said they would charge me 20 percent if I cancel. I am working with my bank to get my money back.

I ordered a compost tumbler and cart combo 4/1/22 from Avesta . When the prices are to good to be true , it is untrue. I received a oven mitten . Please don’t order anything from this company . They are scammers ! The phone numbers given for them are Google phones.

Took my money for a adult electric scooter and I want my money back or the scooter I have my order number and tracking number says they don't exist anymore and that my email address is not right I'm getting a lawyer if they don't return my money or give me the scooter I paid for its been almost a month don't know who they think they are dealing with because they will return my money or send me my scooter Sherry stewart

They gave a fake shipping tracking number from China website call https://t.17track.net/en#nums, this site is abnormal and stopped updating the info for 2 days and later then I saw it update and said it was delivered yesterday morning ? What a big jokes!when you call their helpline, the voice mailbox come out with “ the number you have dialed is not in service ” it never works with the call , this scammer created a fake customer service email such as [email protected] to treat their customer. This scammer does not honest to fix your question problem , you must report the case to the bank immediately.

I ordered a product three months ago and never received it to date. They claim that the product is still in transit. I don't believe that they intend on sending me anything. I had to purchase the product from somewhere else by now. They rarely respond to my complaints. If I could I would call the police to arrest someone for stealing my hard earned money!

On May 12, 2022 I ordered a Self Propelled Gas Lawn Mower for $72.95, what arrived on May 28, 2022 was a pair of footies(socks). I sent email asking for a refund, no response. They were smart enough to wait 17 days for the payment to clear, so it would be that much harder to recover your money. BUT don't give up, contact your bank or your credit card company.

I have ordered on line with other company never in my life have ever been scammed. I had bought a Rubbermaid 7×7 Ft Durable Weather Resistant Resin Outdoor Garden Storage Shed with Windows and Utility Hooks, Sand for $69.95 instead of what I ordered they sent me a shower

I ordered a 24 bottles wine fridge for 51.69 and they sent me a shower cap from China. Contacted them with numerous emails no reply as of yet and the number listed on site is non working. Currently disputing charge with bank.
