I went to the avfair.com website to purchase tickets for kool and the gang concert at the Antelope Valley Fair grounds on September 23,2023. I pressed the buy tickets button and pressed available seats. I paid a total of $312 for 3 GA floor tickets. Today I found out it was resell tickets and I was directed to their site when I clicked on the link! I was unaware of this and there are still tickets for sale on the avfair website for cheaper! I over paid three times the amount for the ticket! I called when I received the tickets today via email and noticed it was originally $33 for the ticket with a purchased by Tanya Noreen name on on the ticket. I was very upset that I paid $104 for each ticket which should have been $33 per ticket! A loss of $214. I spoke to Roxanne at their customer service line and she said all sales are final! When I asked how I got to their site from the avfair.com she said they advertise on the site and I must have accidentally clicked on their site! I did not know that and I am very upset that both of these companies scammed me! I want to warn people to be careful on both of these sites. I don’t know Dow I was diverted to this 3rd party ticket seller from the AVfair website. Please help me! Thank you
