 I received an email saying I had a free trial but I sent it to my trash and the next day there was a charge from AVG on my account for $53.99. I called AVG with a phone number I found on Google and the guy I spoke to told me he would be able to refund my account but he needed access to my computer, which I gave him. He told me someone else would contact me the following day. When he called the next day he asked for access to my computer again and I told him no.
