Someone pretended to be Southwest and said it was gonna be $275 to change my reservation. I said no thanks, no way. And somehow they went ahead and cancelled my reservation without my permission. I called back and they are still saying it's going to cost to rebook. I called the main southwest line, reported the scam and rebooked causing me to pay an additional $33.

This website has a call number that pretends to be United Airlines. When you call the number, the agent tells you it will cost $475 to correct an error with the passenger name. I hung up and was able to find United's real customer service and change this for free.
