I booked on 13.5.22 a room in the hotel and the website was explicitly stated as a free cancellation. After a minute of ordering I asked to cancel the order. I received confirmation of the cancellation. My credit card account has double charges of $ 199.34 and other credit only. Conclusion: You owe a double charge and you have only credited the card once. My card extension 429140 in the name of Berrebi Avraham. Requests your prompt review and credit of my card.

הזמנתי בתאריך 13.5.22 חדר במלון ובאתר היה מצויין במפורש ביטול חינם. לאחר דקה מההזמנה ביקשתי לבטל את ההזמנה. קיבלתי אישור על הביטול. בחשבון כרטיס האשראי שלי מופיעים חיובים כפולים על 199.34$ וזיכוי אחר בלבד. מסקנה: חייבתם אות בחיוב כפול וזיכתם את הכרטיס פעם אחת בלבד. סיומת הכרטיס שלי 429140 על שם Berrebi Avraham. מבקש את בדיקתכם המהיר וזיכוי הכרטיס שלי.
