I ordered trial size avielle cream and eye serum and paid for shipping. I never received the product and was charge almost $200.00 on my card the next month. I called the company and told them that I made a complained to my bank to reverse the charge. I was told by the agent that they will send me the product and charge me half which is only &96.95 and for me to drop the complained. I did not agree and said I want to see if I will even receive the product first. They sent

Me a sample size which is suppose to be free so technically I did not receive the product that they charged me for. When I called them back they were unreachable. This company needs to be liable to all the people they cheated. This is a misrepresentation and a humongous offense.
