After you are charged $6.95 for a "FREE TRIAL" of the product you are automatically enrolled in a reoccurring shipping program but they disguise it as a trial period. You have to cancel your "Trial Period" within 7 days of product being shipped or you will be charged the full amount and in my case it was $96.95 for 1oz. The product hadn't even arrived yet for me to try so where was the trial period. You can return the product, unopened of course, and you pay shipping. May be completely legal but not very good business practices.

While scrolling through IG on 2/13/22, a skincare product caught my eye. I went to the site, ordered my free trial and paid for shipping only. Before I could leave the site, another product was added for an additional shipping fee. I could not remove it, I could not access the site and received no additional communication from the supplier. A product arrived 2/18, no shipping info, no phone, no business name and the product was not the same as the product advertised. On 3/1, my card was charged $96.95. There was zero info on the IG site regarding an agreement of any type, for any additional fee. No timeline to test the product. Nothing, no information of any type. The product received was Avielle Face and Avielle Eye Serum.

I had to leave some the requested information blank on this form because the Avielle Face Cream website does not list a business address or phone number. I purchased this beauty product after seeing an add on Instagram. They falsely used a celebrity endorsement to sell their beauty product. The product does NOT do what it claims, by the way. I was supposed to receive a free trial of the product but received will size bottles of their face cream and eye serum. Then I was charged $96.95 on my credit card which I never agreed to. It took me two days to find a phone number for this company to dispute the charge. When I was finally able to speak to an agent, I said that I never agreed to the charges and wanted a refund. She initially offered a 40% refund, then a 60%. I stated that I would like a full refund. When I told the agent, it was difficult to find contact information, she said there is a number on the side of the bottle. When I checked the bottle, I could see it there, but the print was so small I had to use a magnifying glass. The number had no identifying information - just the number. I thought companies were required by law to make cancellations rules clear. This company is a scam.

Ad popped up for trial size offer for Avielle Face cream and serum only pay for shipping. Then rec'd full size products in mail. After almost 2 hrs on phone by calling Avielle directly( no help said they couldn't find may acct). I then called GGDCfulfill Service and they said I didn't call within 14 days to cancel account. I said noooo I didn't agree to continue product. He then said I'll offer you 40% again I said noooo. Then he came back with 60% I still said noooo. Then came back with 75%. He cancelled my account and I agreed to pay the 75%. This is a scam and you are transferred to different people just to get money! They need to be shut down. Please investigate.....

This company says they will send you a free sample if you pay shipping, but then they keep sending you auto shipments and charge you $96 every time. When you call to complain, they say you signed up for the auto shipment and charge when you agreed to pay shipping. This is not true! If you look on their FB page, Avielle Face Cream, you can see that many people had the exact same experience!
