yes, I bought some thing on their website that was supposed to be discounted and sent from California within seven days. I noticed something was off when they gave me the tracking number and it did not work so they referred me to another website with a different tracking number, and then he stated that it was coming from China, and that it would take more than seven days for it to be delivered after I complained about that to them they then told me that it was delivered. I did not receive anything that I ordered and wanted a refund which it states and their policy that if I didn't like what I ordered within 30 days a purchase that I can refund it no questions asked. They will not issue me a refund. They keep stating if i would like to purchase something else from their website and I keep telling them no, that I would not like that. I just want a refund instead. I still have not recieved anything nor a refund.
