I purchased a new Keurig K-Cafe Single Serve Coffee Maker, Silver/Grey for $139.99 on August 31, 2019. I received an email confirmation for my order and a link to check the progress on shipping but here it is 9/3/2019, I know not very long, but I have seen no change in my status order and when I try to call the customer service number, 971-512-7273, it's not a working number. So I look Avion up as I should have done before ordering the great deal (that is no deal at all), and find it has an F scoring with the BBB. great. so I KNOW this is a scam as I come here and find a complaint with the same sellers name as sold to me, NGUYEN THANH QUANG.

So folks, do your research first, as I failed to do, and find that this is NOT a business you want to give your money to. Based on other filed complaints I don't expect to get my Keruig. I did however, call PayPal and explained what happened and have an active dispute out on Avion. IF I don't have my product fulfilled soon or the seller fails to respond to the inquiry, a refund will be refunded in my favor.

At this point I want nothing to do with Avion and want my money back. SCAM 100%
