i was contacted by a woman named “Lucy Taylor” over the phone days after filling out the application through indeed. she asked if i would like to work for their delivery company, told me i would be receiving packages, i would inspect it and add a shipping label (printed from my own printer) , and then ship them out. I was sent many emails, given many phone numbers, filled out a W-2 form, filled out a payment form to receive a monthly check in the mail as they stated they did not want any credit/debit information. After days of contemplating on if this was legit or not, even doing research, viewing the website given, i was like well there is no way this isn’t real! So i moved forward and received my work to do, I received 5+ packages to inspect, add labels too and ship out. I received an email saying my payday would be the 17th of each month, so here comes Monday July 17th 2023 I received nothing! Here we are July 19th 2023 i have yet to receive anything. I woke up ready to work, go onto my macbook, get ready to sign into the dashboard and it tells me “wrong login/password” So i started to contact the managers numbers that i was given through an email, only got an answer from one of them who claims to be apart of the “shipping department” as he answered the phone i asked who was i speaking too (I already knew who it should have been as i have previously spoken to him at the beginning of starting this “job”) he proceeded to say “Hugo Hoover” i said “This is ****** from the work from home job” he quickly hung up in my face!! At this point i am mind blown! I go onto Google continue to research, i come across a phone number located in New York, i give it a call and the guy who answers is an owner of a company with the same name as “Avissiant Delivery Services” (not work from home related) the guy goes onto tell me he has received many calls in the past 3 weeks from people like me, upset and trying to reach managers, he tells me he has no part in that business and the scammers have stolen his business name to scam people!! I have spent my entire day trying to reach out to someone because this business has stole an actual business name for one, and is stealing peoples time & money, important information and addresses!!! They made everything look so legit, from having an actual website, an address based out of NJ, a business number with different departments to reach. i have photos to show the different emails they used, the packages i received to send out, the dashboard, etc. it seemed so legit…

DO NOT FALL FOR THIS SCAM!!
