I have received a few letters from this company it states that a judge will determine of my info is accurate and that I won 2,000,000 dollars it also states that I have to pay a few up front when I Google the name on the envelope it comes up as a scam it looks very legit. Worried about other people buying into their bs. Please look into this, thank you

- Miami, FL, USA

They are asking for money in order to get into the lottery of $1,325,000.00

And small letters said that not guarantee of a winner

Big letters certificate giving you the grand prize

Received an official looking letter in the mail. It stated I was an awarded winner of $2m. I was to chose my options;

lump sum $1,325,000.00 or 30 payments ($66,666.66) I just need to responds by 7 days. Note to also enclose a $12.99 fee for a premium offer to receive ($2,500.00 gift certificate). This was incredibly too good to be true. I researched on the net. It appears this company has been reported as a scam for years...Just google. there are quite a lot of reports that this is a scam. ( Oh by the way I never entered any contest)

I received mail stating the award notification office stating that I had own over $1 million dollars. It has a second page to fill out and mail back. I asks if you want a one lump sum, or an annuity or payment plan.

I received a letter in the mail saying that I was a finalist for a 2 million dollar prize in a "Grand Prize Sweepstakes."

I could not identify the organization sponsoring it, and in any case, I never entered any sweepstakes.

The letter said to be considered, it was urgent that I reply within 7 days.

It also requested that I send in $12.99 by cash, check or money order (no credit card) to the P.O. box listed above as an "acquisition fee" in order to be in the prize drawing.

This immediately identified it to me as a scam. No legitimate sweepstakes requires a fee, and no one but a scammer would suggest mailing cash.

I needed some money, so I entered two sweepstakes offered by ANC and several contests offered by related organizations. They sent mail frequently, and most of the letters required payment of a fee, ostensibly for a piece of jewelry. They sent duplicate mailings often. I stupidly sent check after check because I really wanted to win. When totalled, I had sent them (about ten orgs or so) over $1000. Now I think they are delaying payment to me although they come very close to saying I've won, in one case $2M. Their letters ask again and again whether I'm over 18 (I am far past 18), if they have my correct address, and whether I'd choose a 30-year annuity or lump sum payout. It's ridiculous, but I say to myself "if there's a chance of winning, I have to go for it." Now I find that the BBB doesn't even rate them! Have you any suggestions about how I might be awarded at least some of the money I've won? I have been told I'm guaranteed at least $10K. I realize I never should have gotten into this. But if there is any way to salvage something, please let me know. Why are these orgs allowed to continue in this way?

I received a letter in the mail stating Larry Hourd (Executor of awards) had been instruceted to send me the letter telling me "Have you ever BEFORE won a lump-sum jackpot Award of $1,325,000.00?" They ask me to verify my name and address as printed on the document. The author states he Larry Hourd "on behalf of the AWARD NOTIFICATION COMMISSION organization, herby affirm said opportunity as stated in writing to you above, in FULL, provided you are legally 18 years of age or older, and further provided your valid entry .......(my entry code number) is returned an matches the preselected winning number needed before the resolution deadline of judges final ruling and permanent record." I can only return the preselected "winning number" code number by mail only I can claim my prize money. I can either have $1,325,000.00 lump sum or $2,000,000.00 with annual payments of $66,666.66 per year for 30 years. They state no taxes are withheld and no commissions are "due or expresses as a condition of accepting the AWARD of CASH FUNDS through this letter."They tell me that "An acquisition FEE for Premium Offer is due and must be enclosed as required for $12.99 payable to the office of AN. Enclose your remittance by cash, check, or money order." On the second page they state I can "elect special 'RUSH PROCESSING' Add: $3.00 (total enclosed: $15.99)." The letters look very formal and official with stamps, names, red boarders, etc.

Got a letter stating I won $1.3 mil and wanted me to send $12.99 cash, money order or check; I haven't entered into this contest. They wanted my information along with my payment. I would like to fax a copy of the letter.

A letter was sent to me by name at my local address from the Commissioner of Judging, Award Notification Commission using the above listed address. It vaguely resembles a letter from Publishers Clearing House but is not connected to them in any discernible way. It indicates I have most likely won $2,000,000.00 over 30 years or a $1,327,940.00 lump sum payment. They ask that I select my option for payment and then they list a Premium Offer Fee of $12.00 and ask that I elect a special processing fee of $3.00 for a total fee of $15.99 and then they state;

"Prepayment of fee if electing Premium Offer is MANDATORY and must be enclosed as a REQUIREMENT by selective payment payment method (please indicate): My remittance is enclosed by: Cash Check or Money Order (Payable to ANC)"

We have not and will not respond to this scam. I will keep their letter for three weeks in case you want a copy of it.

Telling me that I've won 2,000,000.00$ annuity of $66,666.66. They ask for a cash or money order of $12.99. I paid by money order. I received another mailing asking for the same, the most recent letter ask for a money order for 13.89. I only sent money once.

Send a letter for winning and then ask for a payment to send the winnings.
