Applied for a French bull dog. Send funds. Was given flight info for dog with in depth details. Dog never showed and no one answering phone.

We have began searching for a puppy for our boys for Christmas and were looking online for local breeders for French Bulldogs. I came across an add on a Lawton, Oklahoma site and went to their web page and saw three puppies that were beautiful. Looked and read every one of the testimonials and everything was so positive that we decided to 'apply' for one of them. We were contacted within a few hours and said that our application was considered and he was more than happy to let JACK join our family. We were in contact back an forth that night and had decided to take him and he was going to keep him until closer to Christmas to help us surprise our boys from Santa. We were going to wire the cash to him the following day. I told someone I work with about it and she had been scammed by wiring money to someone in the past and told me to check into it better. I emailed the seller again just asking for some reassurance that our purchase would be legit and if we could get some sort of guarantee that once we paid we would receive our puppy later. I also said that my mother worked at a bank and recommend we do a cashiers check or use PayPal and he was not able to do either. He replied that he would get me a picture of him and my name written on the picture. I then began to look into scam sights and in about 10 minutes found someone who had taken a screenshot of their email and they had received and it was WORD-FOR-WORD what he had sent me, even had the exact age of the puppy (12 weeks and 2 days old). They said they wired them the money from a Walmart and never received confirmation or could trace the order. The seller send me one more email saying they were not scamming me and that here were two more pictures of Jack, but no name or date to him.
