My mother Janice Fox wants one of their puppies, she paid $800 for it, and it was supposed to be hand delivered to her on Sunday Jan 15th 2023 however they did not show up and instead advised that they needed another $500 for the puppy. She said she wasn't doing another $500 and why did they didn't advise this before Sunday. No one will answer her calls or emails. She called the bank to dispute the charge and they told her that both her and my dad's check cards would be cancelled, and she can't afford to wait for another card for both of them. I do plan on calling her bank and finding out how to get that disputed.
