I ordered a tee shirt from their website and the transaction went through that day, May 27. I never received a confirmation, or email receipt. I did get a tracking number and I have gone to their site numerous times, using the track number given in my order.

They responded back immediately with an auto reply stating there is an error in the email and to try again later. They also stated the order could not be found. There is NO phone number, so I am very limited on how to contact them. I looked at their customer comments and there are NONE for the year 2023. I am really unhappy they

did this. I had planned on giving the shirt as a Father's Day gift and thought I had plenty of time to get this item. I think I am done with ordering online, even though this site was marked as secure.

Thank you for taking my complaint. My loss is $24.98.
