Anyone scammed by these people needs to file an IC3 complaint with the FBI (I have ). Only numerous complaints will catch their attention. Otherwise my complaint will sit at the bottom of the pile. We need their resources to find these people and put them in jail

I basically have the same story as the other complaints. They contacted me saying I had accumulated 3226.24, and that I would have to pay the hosting fees of 358.80 before they would send me the funds. They were convincing so I paid the fees. Jennifer called me one time and left a voicemail. When I called back, and asked for Jennifer, she never returned my call, nor did they respond to my emails. I paid the fees 10/26/22. Other than that one call, in three months they have never bothered to contact me again. A legitimate company does not do businesslike that. I think we need to get together and file a Class Action Lawsuit against them. They are scamming too many people. Who would we contact?

This fake company repeatedly called me for months. Once I finally answered they informed me that the website I purchased 14 months ago had made money but my account was locked because I had quit paying my processing fee of 30 dollars a month, which I remember doing. They told me if I paid the 385 I would receive the 3200 that I had made on my website of Massive Mall. They gave me access to the website and showed me all my earns of what people purchased. So I sent the money. All persons that I talked to were Americans- nobody had a foreign accent. I was told once they received that money I would be getting a call from my mentor who would help set up my site and I could begin earning more. It took weeks to get with my mentor2, he genuinely sounded happy that I could take the 3200 and invest it in the website and he would be there every step of the way. He just needed 880 more dollars to get the all-access paid advertising and marketing tools to set up my website and make it my own. All sounded too good to be tried but the guy was very good at lying to me. They even sent me to another department (person) for more details on it. I then was told congratulations on taking the next step and that on the 1 st and the 15 of January I would receive my first 2 checks and then after that my checks would be 4000 every 1st and 15th. But now when I call the company phone number its disconnected and I am getting no email responses.

Received call for hosting website, said I was owed $3,266.03 in commission, I just had to overnight my monthly past dues which was $360 in total. Sent check being I do remember site, but nothing more besides ever seeing it. Once check was received I was to schedule a call to set up direct deposit to receive funds. No one answers, or returns calls either from voice messages left. I've threatened to file charges for theft of services and more. Figured start here to let others know of it.

I had a similar experience to the first poster. I was told that I had agreed to have them host an affiliate marking website a year ago but my credit card had been declined every month. I had looked into affiliate marketing so thought maybe I accidentally signed up for something. I was also told (and shown a fake website that showed) I had $3,226 in commissions. All I had to do was pay the balance I owed ($358.80) and a mentor would call and unlock my account send my commission check. I did get a call and the mentor just tried to sell me a campaign where I would make even more money. My contacts were Jennifer Roberts and Michael Anthony. At first I still believed them and agreed to the campaign but then saw this website and realized I had been scammed. So I declined the campaign but they are still on me to pay for the campaign since we had a verbal agreement. I told them the invoice they sent had small print that was not disclosed and that is not what I agreed to.. This is an obvious scam. No way could two people earn the exact same commissions in about the same year (I was first called the end of October). I have filed complaints with the FTC, AG of AZ and BBB. Not sure anything will come of it but hope we can warn more people not to believe the lie.

I've had representatives of AWM LLC email and call me to collect on an outstanding bill that I owe on. Here's the thing, I can't find them anywhere and I keep a tight book on where my money is going and what I'm making. They sent me this generic letter stating that I owe them $358.80 for 12 months of web hosting and maintenance. However, I don't have them in my books and when I told them I'm going to report them they came back telling me "If you would like to take the hit on your credit report and your chances with collection agents feel free to simply tell us to terminate your account. We don't have the time, nor the patience or concern to try and convince you to keep your account. Honestly, we could care less whether you choose to keep it or not, we are simply offering you the chance to do so. If you choose for us to terminate your account any and all earnings will be reverted back to the governments unclaimed funds, and the past due balance being as how services were rendered, it is a legally collectible debt that will be sent to collections as well as reported to all three credit bureaus." I don't know what type of businesses talk like this but that's what I got back. I went ahead and reported them, and if you got something like this it's important to report them to make them stop. Oh and their "business" operates out of a UPS in Arizona.

I received From a Jennifer in Accounting a phone call on May 19th about an affiliated website I had set up a few years back. They said that there was $3172.14 of earnings if I paid the hosting fees of $359.52 they would release that money Ipaid this they then set up an appointment for me to speak to a sales rep from mmo investments and modern marketing LLC about doing a marketing campaign spoke with a sales representive Michael Anthony so that this site I had could make more money.
After hearing sales pitch I thought it was a good idea to pursue so the fee was $7300 they took off the $3172.14: that I had in my affiliate website account and I paid the additional amount of $4127.86 so total
out of my pocket expenses paid to Asms LLC was $4587.38. They unfroze my website and over the next two weeks I saw sales being made on June 15 th I was to receive my first check did not come tracking number wasn't valid they said it got lost in mail and would have reissued by bank I waited still haven't
received. I still see additional sales going into account and July 1st I should have received 2cnd commission check but again nothing. The only time they would answer me is when I mentioned filing a report with FBI Fraud tip site or contacting police. I have filed with FBI Fraud tip and filled out Better business bureau scam report, police report, contacted my Attorney General just did the review and now this complaint. I have all the emails and invoices if you need them thank you. My affiliate website started as www.ultramall.net they changed the name with the campaign to www.optimalshopping.net. They also have an Eddie that answers the phone 888-309-7200. They changed their name since May 2022 from ASMS LLC to AWM LLC

I was called on 9/14 by I'm assuming is AWM LLC (website host) or could have been someone from MMO LLC (name at bottom of website) to say a website they created for me has made $3,226 in commission from online sales. In order to get that commission check, they needed me to pay the past 12 mos in hosting fees (just over $29/mo) for a total of $358.80. They sent me an invoice with a link to the website where I copy login & password they provided thar would show me total sold & total commission I made. Also sent link to their ACC paperwork of who they are. I can provide screen shots as well as my email thread where I've tried to either get my money back or my commission check they promised I'd get once I paid the hosting fees and said they'd have my mentor call me to help me personalize my website for future sales & commission earnings. Jennifer Robert's from AWM, after sending an email, called me to set up my mentor call for Fri 9/23 @ 3:30pm, which never took place. I've called, leaving messages with the answering service they have set up as well as sent emails requesting my mentor call and my commission check. When I threatened to report them to all agencies (BBB, AG of AZ & ID, FTC) they told me by email that the mentor tried calling me & that they checked their call logs. When I asked for proof of said call logs, because I told then I had proof of no such calls, that was the last I heard from Jennifer. I sent another email letting them know i reported them to the FTC they (not Jennifer as they said they told me she was out of office & could they help me....never got that email) got mad. I asked then to do the right thing & have not heard from them since. Whoever it was that emailed me last from AWM is how I found out they are just the website hosting company & don't have anything to do with paying the commission checks, my contracted entity was, but they wouldn't tell me who that was. Would be nice to get the commission check but at this point I just want my $358.80 back. I'm retired on limited SSN income & a disabled vet. I've attached only one screen shot of the bottom of the web site of my commission check. I can send email thread & other screen shots of the website by email if needed.
