I ordered a product from their site, Awoao.com, and was not aware it came from china. Never received it. Said it was out for Delivry 12/29/25. Never got it.

I write them at [email protected], they said I could wait… now they are saying it’s lost and telling me they can make a new one for an extra charge or only give me 30% back.

I had to file a dispute to my CC company.
