I bought a set of tickets for Nrw Orleans Jazz Fest for May 2, 2024 at a cost of $1076. I was suppose to make 4 payments of $256 a month. By the 3rd payment, my card notified me that my account was compromised. I changed payment type in my AXS account and the last payment was never withdrawn. AXS canceled my tickets telling me that I cannot have a refund for the 3 payments I previously made. They want to issue a credit to an event which is sold out. Please help. They are not willing to work with me.
