Website/business claimed: "If your order’s not quite right, you can return your item for a full refund within 30 days of receipt. We offer FREE RETURNS from the UK, US, NETHERLANDS, GERMANY AND FRANCE only."

However for the past 2 weeks the return portal has not been working and the claims that it would be fixed were incorrect.

From customer service: "Hey, We do apologise, there is currently no update on the Return's Portal Issue. Rest assured, we are working hard with Rebound to get this fixed as soon as possible. We are hoping to have this sorted by the end of the week."
