I received an email confirming my order for $389.12 for Norton Life Lock -360 one year. I called the number for customer service 855-616-9473 and a person with aheavy acescent answered. To receive a refund I needed to log into a web site " dwcare.live " I waited for a code to activate about 5 mins. Then was told to cancel out and goto " anydesk.com " A warning from McAfee this site is trying to control your computer. Told the person this and they kept saying click download.. I argued back that I would not let any one control my devise. They hung up. I made a copy of the e/m and attached receipt to give my bank.
