I ordered the slimming patches on July 6th, to this day, (8/19/20) I still have not received them. I contacted them for an explanation and I keep getting vague responses. They should be more clear in their website prior to any order being placed that the product is coming from china and that it will take a few months for the order to arrive! I have asked several times for a FULL REFUND and still nothing! they are a big SCAM and a FRAUD. very disappointed on how they handle their business.

Do not buy anything from this company. I ordered the slim patches to see if it can help lose weight. But after 3 times using the patch, i got this huge stomach rash from the patch. Don’t waste your money, your better off doing healthy eating.

I FINALLY received my product, but I feel like this isn’t $80 worth...thought there was more to it?
I emailed them twice regarding the long wait...got responses BOTH times, but I would not order again...didn’t realize it was coming from China! That’s ALWAYS a long wait! They really need to provide MORE INFORMATION about this product! I cannot read the Chinese on the packet! NOT HAPPY WITH MY PURCHASE!
We’ll see if it really works anyway! I’ll let you all know!

I have the same situation, AYRA ROSA it's a SCAM and FRAUD , I ordered an essential oil on march and we are in June , it's been 3 months and I haven't received anything, they are just playing games with me , not money , not product, it's a big scam.

I ordered an essential oil product from this company on April 29, 2020. After a month of waiting I emailed the company and asked for a refund. They refuse to give me my money back. Its June 10, 2020 and I still have not received the product. The tracking updates end on 5/23/20. I email this company weekly and get the same response...

I am truly understanding your concern, but please note that at this stage since the parcel is in transit, we will not be able to request a refund of your order number AYR7342.

Alternatively, you can reject the parcel once it arrives so it will be sent back to our supplier then I will assist you to process your refund.

You may constantly check the updates on your tracking and once it shows arrived in your destination, you may opt to contact your Local Post Office and refuse the parcel so it will be returned back and will show on the tracking that it has been returned to the sender.

Once again, please accept my apology and I ensure you that I am here to help you get your refund accordingly.

I am fed up with waiting and I shouldnt have to wait for the product to be returned to the company before they issue a refund.....it could be another 6 months before I get the product...if I get it at all!
