I saw the his website offering Ragdoll kittens for 600. With a delivery fee of 200. 800 total. I contacted Dave Richert and agreed. I then decided to drive and get the kitten. I asked if a deposit would be sufficient to hold the kitten since it would take me longer than the 1 day turnaround using the delivery method. He said yes, 400. I sent the money thru Zelle at this email [email protected]. My daughter thought maybe she would like a kitten too, only her payment would go to this email [email protected]. A lot of the conversations were email to Aytenragdoll home.com. Some phone calls and texts to phone # 720-686-0330. Then my plans changed by one day to get the kitten. Dave Richert then said he wasn’t available on that day to be there when I arrived. Then I got suspicious, looked more into past emails, texts, it wasn’t adding up. The 2 different emails for payments, changing his mind about letting me come to get the cat. I texted I thought this was a scam and I asked for a refund. He agreed only I would have to wait till his son got back to use his email since his bank had problems with his acct. I said that isn’t right. I told him to send the cat and once it got here, I would pay cash to the delivery person. He said fine. Arrangements were made for Seal Pet Express Transport to deliver. Phone # 1+ 720-588-2243 email dreamoverr.com. Then the mix up about puppy not cat being delivered. I was checking that night,pics of Ragdoll kittens as I was hoping to get mine the next day when I saw the exact same kitten I had picked on a YouTube posted 11yrs prior. The next day I needed to purchase some kind of carrier because of Covid costing 1500 thru Seal Pet. By then I knew for sure what I been victim to. All this is on me. I know that. But maybe by me reporting it no one else gets it done to them. I did report it to Zelle through my bank. I knew beforehand that it’s not refundable, but they needed to know. They have done their part and contacted the bank used on his end. Hard lesson learned !
