Purchased, then inquired about delivery as it’s taking over one month and website says 8-10 days. They sent me a tracking link for usps but usps says item never made it to the facility. Then I contacted the company again and they are saying my order doesn’t exist even despite answering my email with a tracking number two week’s earlier
