Paid $2,400 deposit upfront which is 1/2 the cost of the work quoted with the remainder $2,400 once the job is complete. AZ Teo's Plumbing started with little work on site but unfortunately i was unable to get city permit approval for the work. I was willing to pay $1,200 for the little work that has completed but AZ Teo's Plumbing will not provide me with a refund of the $1,200 after numerous conversation with the owner. very poor business practice. do not use this company for any services !!
