I just recently started my own business. I received two different letters for 2024 Certificate of Good standing request forms. One is from Az. Corporate certificates 530 East McDowell Road Suite 107-628 Phoenix, Az. 85004 and the other is from 1934 East Camelback Rd Ste 120 Box#503. The one address on Camelback road is a UPS store and the East Mcdowell address is a dentist office.

I received a letter stating I needed to pay $72.50 for a certificate of good standing. When I looked up what this was I saw the ScamPulse.com scam alert. I called the number on the form and it just rang and rang.
