I purchased a personalized coffee mug from AZCustom (through an ad on Facebook) in April 2020. to date, I still have not received this item. I began reaching out to AZCustom at [email protected] via email and through Facebook Messenger. They responded and said that the item had been lost in shipping. I reported the shipping issue to the USPS, and they responded with an email stating that the item had never been shipped. In September 2020, after numerous outreach attempts, I received an email from AZCustom stating that they could refund my money or resend my item. I asked for a refund. It has been more than a month since that email, and I have not received an email with any further communication or a refund. The original email ([email protected]) is no longer active. Currently I have been emailing them at the [email protected] address and Facebook Messenger. I have not received any update or refund to date.
