I placed an order online for live animals, paid for priority shipping via usps. The order was not delivered within guaranteed timeframe. It was delivered 7 days later and the postal service refused package and sent it back to merchant. The merchant refuses to work with us to file a claim with usps to receive a refund for our order. This merchant has countless negative reviews with the same exact experience.
