I ordered a baseball hat with a 49er theme and my name inscribed on the side. I tried looking up their number to find out when it was being shipped since it had been 2 weeks and they originally said it would take 5-7 days to finish the custom work. The website brought up a malicious warning not to proceed to the sight. So I emailed them and didn't receive a reply. 2 weeks later I emailed them again and got a reply saying it will be delivered Jan 18th, the day after my email. Ok great, however it looks nothing like the advertisement that I thought I was buying, plus my name wasn't anywhere on the hat. The hat looks and feels like any $10 hat u can buy at a 7-11 store.
