I ordered their hair product on November 11, 2024. Received confirmation of my order the same day. After 2 weeks and no product received, I reached out to inquire as to when I would receive my order. Was told it has been shipped and provided a tracking number. The product was advertised as coming from the Honduras, yet the tracking information says it’s coming from Hong Kong. Three weeks and still waiting I requested that my order be cancelled and my money be refunded. Was told that they don’t refund until after the customer receives the order. Per this writing (12/4/2024), I still haven’t received the product and they’ve stopped communicating with me or responding to my reported requests for delivery status. Instead they continue to send me the tracking information. On 11/30/2024, tracking status says the product cleared customs and was delivered to my local carrier. That status has yet to be updated per this writing.
