This business owner mentioned to my parents that if they refer someone who gets their fencing done, they will give my parents a referral bonus. The fencing has been complete, and upon calling and requesting our bonus, the person told me I was wrong and hung up on me and has since blocked me. I have verification of address and everything. I cannot find this business's information anywhere and I'm afraid he's doing it under the table.
