He claims to be an agent for the tax refund grant w/ the trusts community foundation & federal government humanity and poverty eradication for all. Claiming it is a program set up by the federal government of America to help the american communities, american citizens and other countries around the world. It is not a loan and not taxable. They ask for your name, address, phone number, age, gender, mothers middle name, occupation and monthly income. They then run your name through a data base and if you are on the registry you get what they call winnings. $150,000 and up. They want you to pay $2000 and then the check will arrive via Fed Ex within 5 day. I told them to take a hike and never text me again.
