I initially received the order of six drums of Elecare baby formula. This formula is for babies who have a sensitivity to lactose. Once receiving the formula, our pediatrician recommended that we use something else for our baby that would make transitioning back to cow's milk easier later on down the road. I contacted the company about a return/refund. They said they were willing to accept the return and offered me an estimated refund total and a return shipping label via email. I returned the product and I have never received my refund. I have attempted to contact the company six times by email without response; also, I have attempted the phone number listed for the business three times with no answer. I believe the company told me to return the product with the intention of never refunding my money and with the intention to resell that product that I returned. I have read similar reviews now online ScamPulse.com about this company. I tried to take action through my bank. I was also unsuccessful here. Stay away from this company. They are dishonest.
