The website claimed to offer education and sell shiba inu puppies and to inquire, they called and texted me, I purchased the puppy and paid for shipping via $900 zelle payment to Victor Ngochi email [email protected] and was provided shipping info stating the dog was ready for it's flight.

Upon time for the flight I received an email from the courier stating the crate was incorrect and that I may rent one for $1000 and if not provided with the crate, the flight would be cancelled and the puppy funds would be refunded. No refund was given.
