I ordered a baby purse for my toddler granddaughter and nothing happened. It has been more than the stated time and it stills says "unfulfilled" although on the website, it said it would ship in 2-4 days. I have called, emailed numerous times and they are ignoring me. This is a scam for sure. I am PISSED! This is a gift now I will not get it in time or at all.

I've purchased items from this store several times for my Niece's. But on 1/1/21 I made a 50$ purchase that I never received. I tried several times contacting the seller. NO RESPONSE... NO REFUND.. NO NOTHING! BEWARE.. DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY!

I purchased and received items. Had to send back some items that were never opened for some bigger sizes as well as the self addressed stamped packet. they received items but never returned my items back. I called and email company at least 10 times, No Response! Very bad customer service. No communication! I literally begged for them to send me my items back so I can give to someone else. No Response!

I placed an order on November 6th, 2020 totally $125.95 US funds. I received a confirmation of the order stating I would receive an email with tracking once shipped. It's been 20+ days now and I have yet to receive anything else. I have tried calling and emailing several times, I left messages on social media which have been deleted and I am no blocked. It seems this entire store is a scam. Beware. I will be reporting this to my credit card company for refund and investigation.

I first ordered from there site in June @ babyfeet.store. I rec'd 2 baby purses & they are super cute and as advertised. I rec'd a shipping confirmation within 2 days and it was delivered within 2 weeks as described on the website.

BUT, BE WARNED that the 2nd time i made a purchase on 10/3 for 2 purses and one pair of "red bottom" shoes for a total of approx $64, i have received nothing and it has been 11 days.

I have called numerous times, left a VM, emailed them directly, DM'd on Facebook, & DM'd them on Instagram with no response. The email I have is [email protected] & the phone # i have is (888) 566-9005

The situation on the Instagram however is odd. The page i followed since early Feb 2020 was now deleted. A new page was created a few days prior with a slightly diff name. Rather than the page "thebabyfeetstore" handle, the new page had the handle name "babyfeetstoreab" - I commented on this NEW page expressing the issue and DM'd this new page and my comments kept being deleted along with others! The next day, THIS page was DELETED entirely as well.

It would turn out that i was one of ALL other commenters that were having the same issue and they were ALL being ignored and still, no products were delivered to them. Every time they tried reaching out, they were ignored and when they would publicly comment on the issue, they were being deleted.

Long story short, be warned that although i had a successful purchase earlier in the year, i was completely ripped off the 2nd time. Many people are paying for products and not receiving them.

Fraud! I ordered 2 items but was only sent one. They claim it was backordered and I was charged but it's been over 2 months and no one will answer my emails and I sent plenty. I feel it was a scam to lure me in. My friend is having the exact same problem, they've even blocked her from social media.
