My mother bought two pairs of shoes for my birthday back at the beginning of September 2019. They were advertised on facebook and she paid $40.00 USD a piece for them so a total of $80.00 USD. The shoes were delivered three months later and were nowhere near what we ordered. We tried contacting them and the lady said that she would offer us $6 compensation and asked if we could keep them anyways. We said no and that we wanted a full refund as it is NOT what we purchased. She emailed me back and offered us $8 compensation. I told her that I would contact the Better Business Bureau and she has not emailed me back. The lower righthand side of the picture shows what we ordered, and the other two pictures show what we got from them.
