BabysVacation.com is a national website claiming to provide baby rental items (cribs, car seats, etc.) and deliver them to where you are staying/traveling. I ordered and paid for the items online - they have a professional looking website. On the delivery day, no items arrived. Our baby was left without a crib and other necessary items for her safety. It's appalling that this company takes advantage of families traveling with children. I have called and emailed multiple times, getting the run around. They will not provide me with a physical address to file a complaint. I discovered that Yelp has all negative reviews of this company - no one received their rental items.
