Ordered a basketball hoop for a pool and paid through PayPal. Never received a confirmation email from business. Checked next day and nothing, so I emailed the business for confirmation. Checked my PayPal account and I was charged$15 more than what the initial order complete said. The email bounced back. Meanwhile,I got a tracking number on PayPal - it said it was already delivered on same day as ordered. Looked at tracking history - the tracking number was an old number and item was originally shipped several weeks earlier. Tried calling the number and it is always busy. Emails keep bouncing back.
